Panasonic SV-3700 Dat, Very low hours

This unit was installed in a small non-commercial studio.  It appears to have had little use, and the hours meter barely registers off of the Zero mark.  

Cosmetically it is very clean, with zero wear to any of the controls or paint, front and rear.  There are some scratches to the paint on the top cover and the very front lip of the top where it meets the front panel.  

The loading tray operates consistently and smoothly.

The specifications claim that this model will work with 32KHZ tapes but that may be false.  Our information is that this will not playback 32KHZ material, and there is no selection for that format on the front panel recording controls.
