This is a Dual Voltage Chicago Transformer power transformer, Model FH-65, in Good condition with some paint flakes and bubbles on the paint finish.    It appears to be unused as there is no wear to the mounts or to the solder terminals.  It measures 2.75" x 2.85" x 3.5" (H), and has 4 studs on the bottom of the case.

The specifications are as follows:
