This transformer is stamped Radiation Counter Laboratories Inc., and manufactured in Chicago by the Kapitol Magnetic Corp., Part number M-5499.  It is designed for a chassis cutout, and is Hermetically sealed, with 4 solder posts at the bottom, and 2 studs.

The transformer has a 5000 Ω primary, and 3.2Ω 3 watt secondary tap.

It was pulled from test gear and is in very good condtion. 

Dimensions:  1.25 x 1.25 x 1.75" (H)

(In the early 1960s, the Kapitol Magnetic Corporation advertised the sale of Sargent-Rayment amplifiers in Stereo Review.)
