These are accessories to Moviola and Ediquip Rewinds, and attach directly to the Rewinds with 3 screws.  The Roller has slots for 8, 16 and 35mm film stock.  The arm can be extended to provide spring tension during the winding process.   

The arm has some marks around the mounting holes, and there are a few dents to the outer ring of the rollers.
