These are 4RU (7 Inch) high, 19" rack panels with 2 selector pads per panel. The membrane pads are used to select the source audio from AutoPatch Matrix systems.  Each pad has a Stereo headphone jack, Channel indicator, and volume control.  The connections to the AutoPatch system were made using Phoenix connectors on the back of the PCB. 

Removed from a working physician monitoring and training system.  Good condition overall, we are unable to perform any post removal testing.

The condition of the panels and control surfaces vary, with a few having some label/tape residue.  Overall the finishes are in good condition.
