Jefferson Electric C-12A-2949 Transformer

No specifications were available at the time of this posting.  

This transformer was part of a large lot of Ham radio parts and appears to have been pulled from a tube output section.   The transformer has 3 windings, 6 terminals, with connections for B+ Plate circuit, and a -C circuit.

The stamp on the case reads:  Jefferson Electric C-12A-2949 Transformer, with 004-136 printed on the schematic.   There are 2 stamps on the side, probably from QC, that read D-T-48, N-T-33.
