This is one of a large quantity of original Sony Replacement parts that are being sold individually.   Most of these items have long been discontinued, with no substitutes available.  

This is the Cassette Elevator loading tray (listed as Sony Cassette Svc) for a Sony DVW-500 machine.  It is in the original packaging.
