Japan Industries 10" Coaxial drivers, (Pair) NKS 5DG

These drivers were removed from a pair of Akai SS-110 cabinets (early Akai Tape Deck accessory).  The drivers have 10" woofers, with a 1.75" Voice Coil and a treated paper surround.  

The tweeter is a post mounted 3.5" paper type with a .75" center cap and fully sealed back.  An NP electrolytic  crossover capacitor is attached under the woofer frame.  

All of the cones and ribbon leads are in VVG condition, and the drivers have been fully swept and tested.

The markings on the drivers are sparse, noting 8Ω impedance, and 15 Watt, Japan on the back of the magnet assembly.  The magnet is stamped with NKS-5DG. 

One unit has the JMI Inspection sticker.
