McLean Engineering C1008 Rack Ventilation Blower

This is a 4 RU rack mount blower with an Integral mesh filter, polished chrome grill with thumb screws.  The CFM rating is not marked on the cabinet, but it has a pair of 3.5" squirrel cage blowers.   Similarly sized blower configurations are rated at 350 CFM.   In good condition, it appears to have had virtually no use.  There are no marks on the rack ears, and the filter looks new. 

These units have been in controlled storage for a long time, probably in excess of 10 years.   We lubricated the oil cups on the rotor bearings and let them sit overnight.   Later they were energized and after about 20  or 30 seconds reached full rated RPM.

They run strong and quiet, with no vibration or motor noise.   Essentially NOS units.  

Please note that the rubber jacketed power cables are dried out and unsafe for use.  They will be cut off prior to shipping and must be replaced prior to use.
