A pair of 12" full range speakers from RCA, from the 1950s.  They have date codes of 274 033 and 274 533.  That means that  one speaker was built on week 33 of either 1940,50 or 60 and the other in week 33 of 1955.

There are no differences in construction--the frame, magnet assembly, cones and the terminal strips are identical.

These are both Model 112S1, with a 12" ribbed paper cone and a 1" VC.

Defects: The first speaker (photos 2~6) has 2 .250" holes in the magnet yoke, possibly from a transformer. Also, there is a stain running from the magnet down to the edge of the frame.  There's No damage to the cone or spider.

The second speaker in photos 7~12, has a tear in the cone that was repaired with silicone.  The part number on the magnet reads: RL-111-2 112S1.  This is clearly an RCA speaker with an RCA part number that was built for another company.  The stamp on the basket confirms this with 274 033 (last photo).

Both of these drivers are working fine, with no VC issues.   They use RCA AlNiCo "High Sensitivity" V magnets.
