University Sound Model 312 12" Diffaxial 3-way

 University listed this model as a 3-Way Diffaxial based upon its multi-sectional mechanically crossed over cone design which formed the woofer and midrange sections.    The coaxial tweeter assembly is crossed over via a capacitor under the rear cover.

This unit is all original and the control plate is in poor condition.   The only visible defect on the driver is the missing foam liner between the cone and the magnet gap (see Photo).
