PRICE BREAKS - The more you buy, the more you save
Judging from the package logo and the Hough Avenue address, these tubes were manufactured sometime after 1955 and probably prior to 1970, but that's little more than a guess.
The GV3A-450R indicates that this is a Hi voltage regulating diode, with a nominal voltage of 450 volts. It's unclear what the R designation indicates and it has not been found in any of the available Victoreen catalogs.
These tubes have what may be a 4 digit date code printed on the side of the tube, but at this time we have no information regarding the nature of those numbers or any codes used by Victoreen.
